Beau’s career began in corporate consulting, where she launched Rochester’s first Workplace Wellness Department. But as she researched the country’s growing mental health crisis, one truth became impossible to ignore: the number-one source of stress wasn’t the workplace—it was money.
So she made a bold pivot, leaving boardrooms for kitchen tables, where she could sit with people one-on-one and help them navigate the financial decisions that shape their lives. That shift revealed her calling: to serve with clarity, creativity, and honesty.
As co-founder of Beau Morgan Advisors, Beau finally has the freedom to deliver on that vision. She sees financial advising not as sales, but as caregiving—an olive branch extended to anyone seeking a fair shot at independence, security, and peace of mind.

Morgan Allen is an Investment Consultant at Beau Morgan Advisors, where she focuses on providing investment advice and building thoughtful, disciplined strategies for her clients.
She began her career at Charles Schwab as an active trader and later moved into private wealth management and investment research, experience she now uses to guide investors with intensive, methodical analysis. Morgan especially enjoys working with individual investors who are curious, engaged, and eager to better understand how their portfolios work.
She holds Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida Southern College, graduating in the top 10% of the business school. Morgan’s investment approach was shaped by years of mentorship under a market legend who shared insights from more than 65 market cycles, and her process is grounded in those hard-earned lessons.
Morgan believes success comes from a strong work ethic and straightforward common sense, and she aims to make complex markets feel more understandable for investors at every experience level.
